Checkout Terms Summary
Orders are custom printing, signage, and production services. Designs, specifications, quantities, fulfillment method, and the total amount are shown before payment.
Custom-made items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after approval or production starts, except where Red Creatic confirms a production defect or incorrect supplied item. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Pickup, delivery, and installation timing depends on product type, production queue, customer-supplied files, and location. Any delivery or installation conditions will be confirmed before fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate artwork, registration numbers, names, sizes, contact details, and lawful usage rights. No import/export restrictions or customs duties apply to ordinary local Maldives pickup/delivery orders unless separately stated for a special order.
Red Creatic collects customer contact details, order specifications, uploaded files, delivery details, payment status, and transaction references to process the order, provide support, keep transaction records, and prevent unauthorized access. Card numbers are not stored by this website.
Goods And Services
Red Creatic provides printing, signage, branding, custom fabrication, visual communication, and related production services in the Maldives. Product descriptions, order specifications, quantities, artwork approvals, fulfillment method, and total payable amount are shown during the order process before payment.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, And Cancellation
Most online orders are custom-made. Once the customer approves the specification or production has started, cancellation, return, exchange, or refund is not available unless Red Creatic confirms a production defect, wrong item, or service issue caused by Red Creatic. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. If an order has not entered production, contact customer service as soon as possible and Red Creatic will review whether cancellation is possible.
Delivery Policy
Customers may select pickup, delivery, or installation where available. Delivery and installation dates depend on the product, production queue, supplied files, customer approvals, access to the site, and destination within Maldives. Any special delivery, installation, island transfer, or access condition will be confirmed with the customer before fulfillment.
Legal Restrictions And Duties
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, brand assets, wording, registration numbers, and requested use are lawful and that they have the required rights or permissions. No import/export restrictions or customs duties apply to ordinary local Maldives pickup/delivery orders unless Red Creatic separately states otherwise for a special order.
Privacy And Data Use
Red Creatic collects customer name, company name, phone number, email address, delivery details, order notes, uploaded files, order specifications, payment status, and transaction references. This information is used to process orders, contact customers, provide support, keep transaction records, coordinate fulfillment, prevent fraud, and improve service. Access is limited to authorized staff and service systems required to operate the order workflow.
Payment Security
Card details are entered on the secure Bank of Maldives payment page. This website stores order details, payment status, and transaction references, but does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment confirmations are captured through the BML webhook and matched against the order amount and currency.
Transaction Records
Customers should retain a copy of the BML transaction record, order confirmation, and these policies and rules for future reference.
